Introduction

Magnesia Iron Spinel Brick is made of composite spinel and high-purity magnesia. Add specific mineralizers into the raw material, and after high-pressure molding and high-temperature sintering, high-quality stone bricks are made. This product is a new generation of alkaline refractory with high technical content, mainly used in the firing area of large dry process cement kiln. At the same time, we strictly control the firing temperature and atmosphere, so that the product has good flexibility and thermal shock stability. Its corrosion resistance exceeds that of high-quality magnesia-chrome brick, and it is a replacement product for the lining of a large dry-process cement rotary kiln.


Features

(1) In the process of use, a layer of high-viscosity calcium iron or calcium aluminum iron oxide will be formed on the surface of Magnesia Iron Spinel Brick, which improves the performance of the hanging kiln skin and the firmness of the kiln skin, and can extend the service life.

(2) It has high spinel content, high strength, excellent thermal shock resistance, and can effectively resist the chemical corrosion of cement clinker liquid phase and alkali, sulfur, and other gases.

(3) Due to the inconsistent thermal expansion of spinel and periclase during firing and cooling, micro-cracks will be formed to cushion the stress impact caused by temperature changes and avoid the brittle cracking of lining bricks.

(4) This product does not contain chromium, so it will not cause damage to the environment.

Performance

1. Low thermal conductivity (1000 ℃, 2.27w / m.k) and low thermal expansion coefficient (1000 ℃, 1.217%).

2. Magnesia iron spinel brick has excellent structural flexibility, strong corrosion resistance and permeability to K2SO4, Na2SO4, NaCl and KCl alkali salts decomposed by cement materials.

4. The high fire resistance and excellent thermal shock resistance under load make it suitable for the key components of SP and NSP kilns, which have high kiln temperature, fast rotation speed, strong alkali erosion ability and heavy mechanical load. Effectively prolong the service life of the furnace lining and keep the kiln barrel low temperature.
